Product sample and date:

Once the mold has been made, GreenLeaf Industries® will run the mold and be able to make sample parts. These samples are then given to the customer for approval. Any changes or tweaks are then made to the mold to make sure the customer gets exactly what they are looking for from each and every part. GreenLeaf Industries®  will then set up procedures to make sure we mold these parts to the customer's requirements. All data is collected, stored and used to repeat the process exactly the same each time the customer needs more parts.

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP):

This process runs the entire length of our pre-production activities. A process is set in place to make sure GreenLeaf is asking and answering the right questions. This allows GreenLeaf Industries® to make sure all of the customer's requirements for their parts will be met.

The purchase order is then logged as a work order and given to the production manager. The production manager will make sure machine time is reserved for the making of the parts for the customer in a timely fashion.

Injection Molding:

Using the data collected during product samples, GreenLeaf Industries® will make the machines are programmed correctly to be able to make perfect parts every time for our customer. the mold is placed in the machine and the start up process is completed. The parts are made and will then either be ready to ship as is or go to one of our other next step processes.

Assembly:

After the parts are injected and inspected, they will be taken to one of our assembly areas. Depending on the complexity of the assemble the parts will be put together either at press or at one of our custom design assembly stations.
