GreenLeaf is doing what it takes to keep work here at home in the United States. The key to this is to offer superior value, cost, quality, and delivery over our Asian competitors.

Earle Segrest, GreenLeaf's CEO, knows what it takes to remain competitive in a global economy. His first real exposure to global competition was with the Japanese:

"The Japanese showed American manufacturers first that we fall short of the mark on quality, and second how to change our mind set to build quality in rather than trying to inspect quality in. Rather than complain against the Japanese invasion, I was determined to learn their techniques and implement them. In all of my plant management and corporate management, I have focused on design for manufacturability, controlling processes through SPC, reducing scrap, reducing wasted effort, and reducing inventory."

Earle Segrest's philosophy keeps product quality and manufacturing efficiency high.
